Our Professional Engineer (PE), Megan has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She has a background in design and review processes with a thorough understanding of the workings of local government.
Parker Hill, E.I.T.
Project Engineer
Parker is a graduate of Brigham Young University - Idaho with a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has years of experience serving the northwest in both the public and private sectors.
Jordan Hill
Engineering Technician
Jordan served in public education for nearly a decade before transitioning his math skills to Smooth Water Engineering. He makes important contributions to the team by filling design, drafting, and administrative roles.
